Youth, Technology, and Jobs (YTJ)

The Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship (MoDEE) has launched its Youth, Technology and Jobs (YTJ) project. The YTJ project aims to improve digitally-enabled income opportunities and expand digitized government services in Jordan through interventions that address specific constraints and opportunities in the supply and demand sides of the economy. The project duration is five years.

YTJ(Talents Incentive)

YTJ (Talent) is an incentive opportunity that supports the expansion and access of new and existing digital firms in Jordan by covering employment subsides for new employees in order to create new jobs in the digital economy.
The incentive will provide employment subsides for new employees in order to create new jobs in the digital economy.
The will provide employment subsides that incentive will cover up to 50% of new employees for up to 6 months.
Incentive Opportunity Objectives
International digital firms that are willing to expand to Jordan, establish operations outside of West Amman, and hire Jordanians are also eligible for this grant opportunity
Application Submission
This will be an on-going opportunity. The process for this incentive will go through continuous rounds of evaluation and awarding at least, on a monthly basis. Each round will filter, assess, and award applications against eligibility criteria. The opportunity closure is contingent upon funding availability.
